Russell Glynn, Master's student, MIT Technology and Policy Program

Russell Glynn is a Master’s student in MIT’s Technology and Policy Program, where he explores the geopolitical economy of (primarily) mobility technologies in a range of urban planning and policymaking contexts. Prior to joining MIT, Russell worked as planner and researcher with the U.S. DOT Volpe National Transportation Systems Center, primarily investigating how practitioners and institutions are thinking about shared and automated mobility futures. Russell holds a Bachelor’s degree in urban and regional studies from Cornell University.
